Body found in Port Glasgow named as Charlene Lever

Charlene Lever Police are treating Charlene Lever's death as suspicious

Police have identified a woman whose body was found in a property in Inverclyde on Thursday.

She was named as 21-year-old Charlene Lever, from Port Glasgow, who had been reported as missing.

A post-mortem examination has been carried out and police are treating her death as suspicious.

Her body was found in a property in Clune Park Street, Port Glasgow, at about 20:30 on Thursday. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
