Man arrested over Glasgow Royston Road 'car attack'

A 38-year-old man has been arrested and is in police custody in connection with an incident on Glasgow's Royston Road on Friday 21 February.

A man received serious head injuries after he was struck by a car in what officers described at the time as attempted murder.

A white Ford Focus estate involved in the incident was seen driving off towards the Germiston area.

A report on the man arrested will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
