David Fulton, 68, admits sexually abusing young brothers

A 68-year-old man has admitted sexually abusing two young brothers over a 10-year period more than 30 years ago.

David Fulton, from Kilmarnock, pleaded guilty to abusing the boys, who are now aged 58 and 53, between 1971 and 1981.

The High Court in Glasgow heard how Fulton was aged 26 when he began abusing the boys, then aged 10 and 11.

He was caught after one of them told his wife and brother - after which police were called. Fulton's bail was continued after sentence was deferred.

Judge Lord Burns also placed him on the sex offenders' register.
