Thomas Todd charged over alleged shooting in Glasgow

A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following an alleged shooting in Glasgow last month.

Thomas Todd, 35, from Shotts, North Lanarkshire, was arrested following the incident in Westmuir Street, in the city's Parkhead area, on 23 January.

He made no plea or declaration during an appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court and was remanded in custody.

Another man was taken to hospital with a suspected gunshot wound after the incident.
