Two men injured in Glasgow bakery blast

Two men have been injured after a gas oven exploded at a bakery in Glasgow on Monday night.

Emergency services were called to the Mothers Pride bakery in Duke Street shortly after 21:45.

One man was treated for head injuries and another was reported to have an arm injury. Two other men were treated for shock.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been examining the bakery to ensure it is safe.

A section of the wall of the bakery appears to have been blown out.

Investigations into the cause of the explosion are under way.
