Image appeal over bus sex attack on 18-year-old woman

Image of man on bus Police want to speak to anyone who recognises the man

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace in connection with an indecent assault on a teenager on board a bus from London to Glasgow.

The 18-year-old woman was attacked while the overnight bus from London Victoria was between Hamilton and Glasgow on 31 October.

Police believe the man, who got off in Glasgow, can help the inquiry.

He is described as black or Asian, between 5ft 10in and 6ft tall, with a thin build and an English accent.

He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and was carrying a distinctive blue/white holdall.

Anyone who recognises the CCTV image is asked to contact Strathclyde Police.
