Traffic moving on eastbound M8 in Glasgow after crash

Three lanes of the M8 motorway in Glasgow have re-opened after a two-vehicle crash blocked part of the eastbound carriageway.

A car and a lorry were involved in the crash at about 10:30 on Friday, scattering debris on the road.

Three lanes were blocked at J25a, Breahead interchange, with traffic queuing back to J27 Arkleston.

Traffic is now moving again. Two people were taken to hospital, though their injuries are not thought to be serious.
