Police probe 'schoolgirl ordeal' in Priesthill, Glasgow

Police are investigating claims that an attempt may have been made to abduct a schoolgirl in Glasgow.

Officers received reports that the girl was chased by a man who had come out of a white van in Linnhead Drive, Priesthill, at about 15:15 on Monday.

The girl was not harmed during the incident and went home afterwards.

Police want to hear from any witnesses who may have seen a white van with two male occupants in the area between 15:00 and 15:30.
