Fisherman Hamish Currie in 'tug of war' tussle with shark
Scottish skipper Hamish Currie escaped a shark attack after his crew caught the animal off Islay in the Inner Hebrides.
The 7ft porbeagle took hold of the 53-year-old's steel toe-capped boot after it was hauled it on to the deck of the fishing vessel.
Mr Currie, from Saltcoats, Ayrshire, told BBC Breakfast the experience had not put him off hunting sharks, which he tags before releasing back into the water.
