Three injured in A83 road crash near Tarbert

Three people have been seriously injured after the car they were travelling in left the A83 in Argyll.

The Honda Civic came off the Lochgilphead to Tarbert route, near Tarbert, at about 20:25 on Monday.

The 34-year-old male driver and a 33-year-old female passenger are being treated for neck and leg injuries. They are in a stable condition in hospital.

A 17-year-old female passenger is in a critical condition after sustaining serious chest injuries.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the crash to contact them.
