Stranraer flat death man identified as Callum Dornan

Police have named a teenager found dead at a flat in Stranraer town centre on Wednesday night.

The death of Callum Dornan, 17, of the town's Springfield Crescent, is being treated as "unexplained".

He was found dead in premises on Queen Street and investigations are continuing into the circumstances of the incident.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have spoken to the teenager prior to 21:30 on Wednesday.

The procurator fiscal has been informed and a post mortem examination is being arranged.
