Man charged over death of Graeme Melville in Lanark

A man has been charged in connection with the death of Graeme Melville, whose body was found in Lanark at the end of last year.

Robert Dickie made no plea or declaration when he appeared at the town's sheriff court.

The 44-year-old, from Lanark, was remanded in custody.

The body of Mr Melville, who was 25, was discovered after police were called to an address in Smyllum Road at about 04:00 on 15 December.
