Police seize £47,600 in drugs and cash in Edinburgh raids

Police in Edinburgh have seized £47,600 in drugs and cash as part of their Operation Wolf crackdown in the city.

Three addresses in Moredun were raided on Wednesday, with officers recovering £40,000 in cash, an air rifle and a quantity of drugs.

A 37-year-old man and a 55-year-old man have been charged with supplying a controlled substance.

Supt Matt Richards said: "This is another fantastic result for Operation Wolf."
