Death at Roseburn Terrace flat in Edinburgh 'unexplained'

Police have said they are treating the death of a man who was found in an Edinburgh flat as "unexplained".

The body of a 53-year man was found at a flat in Roseburn Terrace at about 20:00 on Sunday.

Another man was detained at the scene but later released after helping police with their inquiries.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We are appealing for anyone who was aware of any disturbance within the common stair at number 36 to contact us."
