At least 400 mourners in Edinburgh have paid tribute to a young footballer who died before Christmas.

Jamie Skinner, 13, was a former hearts youth player who collapsed during his first game for Tynecastle FC on Sunday 22 December 2013.

Hearts manager Gary Locke was among supporters from across the capital who attended the open air funeral service at a cemetery in Craigmillar.

He died hours after Hibs youth player David Paul, 18, died in his sleep.

Former Hearts player Gary Mackay said the boys' deaths have united supporters across the city.
