Fire crews tackle Edinburgh restaurant blaze

Fire crews have tackled a blaze which swept through a well-known Edinburgh restaurant.

About 30 firefighters attended the fire which broke out in the kitchen of The Granary in Leith shortly before 19:00 on Saturday.

The blaze then spread to the roof space of the restaurant.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said no casualties were reported. Police closed local roads while the fire was being tackled.
