First East Lothian crash teenager's funeral to be held

The funeral of one of the teenagers who died in a car crash near Dunbar will take place on Thursday.

Jenna Barbour, 18, was killed along with two friends when the car they were in hit left the road on 25 November. Her funeral will take place in Dunbar.

A 16-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the crash.

The crash happened, at about 20:20, when the car containing four teenagers ploughed into a wall on a road in Tyninghame.

Jenna's humanist service is to be held in Belhaven Church.

Jenna Barbour, who had left Dunbar Grammar School in the summer, was killed alongside her friends Josh James Stewart, 16, and David Armstrong, 15.

The boys were both fifth year pupils at the school.

A Roman Catholic service is to be held for David Armstrong on Friday, and Josh James Stewart's funeral will be held on Monday.

Flags at East Lothian council buildings will fly at half mast for five days.
