Driver seriously injured in crash on the A917 between Crail and Kilrenny in Fife

A 40-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries following a car crash in Fife.
The motorist, who was driving a grey Vauxhall Vectra, was taken to Ninewells Hospital, Dundee for treatment.
The crash happened with a black Peugeot 407 Estate on Thursday at about 18:00 on the A917 between Crail and Kilrenny in Fife.
The 24-year-old man driving the Peugeot was not injured. Fife Constabulary is appealing for information.
Sgt Stuart Allan, of Fife Constabulary, said: "We are investigating this collision and I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed it or may have seen either car on the A917 or surrounding roads to contact police."
