Six men aged between 17 and 43 have been charged after Wednesday night's football match between Hearts and Celtic at Tynecastle.

All six are alleged to have chanted religiously offensive comments. Two are also accused with chanting support for a terrorist organisation.

They all pleaded not guilty at Edinburgh Sheriff Court and were bailed to appear again in March next year.

New legislation criminalises offensive behaviour at football matches.
