Man cut free from crash vehicle in West Lothian

A man has been cut from his vehicle after a four-car crash on a dual carriageway in West Lothian.

The accident happened on the A899 in Livingston, near Deer Park roundabout, at about 20:30.

Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service said the man was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary with neck and back injuries.

No one else was injured in the accident. The road was closed for about an hour while it was cleared.
