Stephen McCann died after being knocked down in Leslie, Fife
A second man has been charged following the death of a pedestrian who was struck by a car in Fife.
Stephen McCann, 20, from Leslie, was knocked down on the A911 High Street in Leslie at about 03:15 on Saturday.
Police are appealing for a taxi driver who may have collected someone from Collydean, Glenrothes, about 04.00 on Saturday and taken them to Leven.
A 24-year-old, from Glenrothes, is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court later.
On Tuesday Alistair Dick, 25, from Glenrothes, appeared at the court charged with culpable homicide and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear in court again next week.
It is understood Mr Dick was not the driver of the car.
