Edinburgh Airport officials have landed a new route to Estonia which could see an additional 25,000 passengers pass through its doors every year.
Ryanair has announced new flights to Tallinn from Edinburgh.
The flights, which will operate three times a week, start on 10 January 2011, cost from £21.99 and go on sale from Friday.
The airline is also starting six routes to Tallinn from Dublin, Dusseldorf, London, Milan, Stockholm and Olso.
Dara Brady, Ryanair spokesman, said: "Ryanair is pleased to announce a new route from Edinburgh to the Estonian capital of Tallinn which will commence on 10 January and operate three times weekly on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays."
