Youths in court over Edinburgh takeaway driver death

Four youths aged between 14 and 16 have appeared in court in connection with the death of a takeaway delivery driver in Edinburgh.
Simon San, 40, died after suffering severe head injuries outside his family's takeaway on Wednesday.
A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were charged with culpable homicide.
They were also charged with robbery, along with a 16-year-old and a 14-year-old boy, who also cannot be named.
The youths appeared separately in private before Sheriff Deirdre MacNeill at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
No plea or declaration was made on their behalf and the case was continued for further inquiry.
The four were all remanded in custody.
