BBC Scotland's referendum correspondent Laura Bicker is on the Isle of Harris looking at the impact on land reform.
The triathlon competitor was challenged to swim, cycle and run across the Western Isles.

Environment minister Paul Wheelhouse told BBC Scotland the country needs a fairer distribution of land.
