Glasgow School of Art degree show opens

12 June 2014 Last updated at 14:55 BST

Less than three weeks after fire destroyed part of the Glasgow School of Art, the annual degree show opens today.

Hundreds of students will exhibit their portfolio including 100 fine art students, some of whom lost all their work in the blaze.

Each student submitted one digital image which will be printed and displayed in a neighbouring art gallery.

BBC Scotland's art correspondent Pauline McLean reports.
