People's Panel: Jamie Robertson

Image caption Jamie Robertson lives in Fife - he moved there from Edinburgh

Occupation: Self-employed

Age: 48

Lives: Pittenweem, Fife

Voting Intention: No to independence

Jamie Robertson lives in the small and secluded fishing village Pittenweem in Fife, and manages a number of self-catering holiday properties with his wife Tara.

He had previously lived in Edinburgh where he worked in publishing, but moved to Fife two years ago to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

He is currently favouring a "No" vote and says this is how he will vote in September's referendum "unless something radical happens".

Jamie said: "I see no reason to change what I know and the environment that I currently enjoy. The arguments for an independent Scotland could be compelling but there is a lack of honesty and leadership around the whole issue.

"I am also very happy to be British and feel that I have all the control that I need in my life and my family's life."

Nonetheless, he adds he is trying to keep an open mind, and is taking a keen interest in both sides of the debate.
