The organisers of the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow have apologised for the ongoing problems with ticket sales which have now entered a second day.
Glasgow 2014 said it had "let a lot of people down" and was "very sorry".
The apology came after the online system was unable to cope with demand for 100,000 extra tickets which went on sale on a first-come-first-served basis on Monday morning.
