Time lapse footage shows storm in Glasgow

Time lapse footage taken from cameras on the BBC Scotland roof in Glasgow show the storm coming in over the Clyde.

The weather conditions caused chaos across Scotland.

A lorry driver died when his HGV was blown on top of two cars in Bathgate, West Lothian.

At its peak, more than 100,000 people in Scotland had no power.

Winds gusting over 140mph were recorded on Aonach Mor in the Highlands.
