Scottish independence: Debate on education in Scotland

Gary Robertson hosted a special BBC Newsnight Scotland debate on the future of further and higher education in Scotland less than a year to go to the Scottish independence referendum.

The panel was made up of Education Secretary Michael Russell MSP, Scottish Labour MSP Kezia Dugdale, rector of Edinburgh University Peter McColl, and Scottish Conservative MSP Elizabeth Smith.

The programme was recorded and screened in Glasgow on Monday, 28 October, 2013.
