The towns named in The Proclaimers' Letter from America

The Proclaimers have played Glasgow and marked 25 years since they broke through with Letter from America.

It became an anthem for Scotland in the 1980s - linking the Highland Clearances with the industrial shutdowns of the Thatcher era.

Our business and economy editor Douglas Fraser looks at what happened to the towns that were supposed to be "no more".
