Scottish Opera has featured heavily on the Edinburgh Fringe this year.

The company is staging daily performances of its operas for babies and toddlers as well as a new show set in Depression-era America.

Dance Derby is a collaboration with dance company Chordelia and will recreate the brutal dance marathons of the 1930s.

BBC Scotland's arts correspondent Pauline McLean reports.
