Audit Scotland concerned over how patient targets were met
An investigation by Scotland's spending watchdog has raised serious questions about how the health service has met targets to treat patients more quickly.
Audit Scotland said one in three patients had been marked down as "unavailable" for treatment especially in areas of medicine facing high demand.
