Aerial photos present a bird's-eye view of Scotland

Help

One of the largest collections of aerial photography in the world is being celebrated in a new book and exhibition.

"Above Scotland" gives a bird's eye view of Scotland's islands, cities and landmarks.

The photographs are part of a government database and are taken during regular reconnaissance trips.

BBC Scotland's arts correspondent Pauline McLean joined them on their most recent flight.
