Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games mascot Clyde unveiled
The official mascot of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games has been unveiled at BBC Scotland's headquarters in Glasgow.
Clyde was designed by Beth Gilmour, from Cumbernauld, who won a UK-wide competition.
The launch event, which was hosted by children's TV presenters Sam and Mark, featured Olympic medallists Michael Jamieson and Rebecca Adlington, who told the crowd of the importance of the forthcoming Games.
