Retirement slow down 'a mistake'

Do you feel inspired by the Olympics but too old to take up competitive sport?

Delegates at a conference in Glasgow will be told it is never too late and too many older people make the mistake of "slowing down" after retirement.

Organisers of the conference will urge people aged 70 and over to consider taking up a sport.
