Scott Brash's Olympic gold post box in Peebles

Help

A post box in Peebles has been painted gold in honour of Olympic showjumper Scott Brash.

The 26-year-old was part of Team GB along with Nick Skelton, Peter Charles and Ben Maher, who beat the Netherlands in a dramatic jump-off to claim first.

The box was transformed from traditional red to gleaming gold in the town's High Street.

Royal Mail have also released stamps commemorating the team's win.
