Athletes about to participate in the Olympics have always had to be careful about what they eat.

Chefs and cooks at the Olympic village restaurant not only have to feed thousands every day they also have to be careful that what is eaten is not going to jeopardise years of training.

Help is at hand from a Scottish company who have developed the equipment to ensure that any nasty bugs are detected early.
