Prince Charles urges action to restore fish stocks


Prince Charles has called for "urgent and collective action" to allow global fish stocks to recover.

The Duke of Rothesay addressed the opening session of the World Fisheries Congress in Edinburgh.

Sustainability is the theme of the event which is being attended by delegates from around the world.
