The prime minister's recent visit to Scotland created a number of waves.

He offered to consider devolving additional powers to Scotland, if his side won the referendum debate.

But did David Cameron effectively contradict the Scottish Conservative leadership's view of Ruth Davidson that there was no need for any more devolution?
