Cyclists protest at budget cuts
Green groups and cycling campaigners have said the SNP will break a manifesto promise if it cuts the amount spent encouraging the public to walk and cycle more.
The Scottish Government has said it has to make the cut because of reductions to its budget.
Environmentalists have pointed out the amount spent on road-building is going up.
