Children in Need: Children to join UK-wide choir

School children in Scotland will join a choir to sing for Children in Need

More than 100 Scottish schoolchildren are travelling to Glasgow to perform as part of a UK-wide choir to raise money for Children in Need.

Youngsters from as far afield as Arran, Wick, Orkney and Shetland have been rehearsing via Skype for the performance.

The choir in Glasgow will then be linked live to almost 2,500 singers in choirs across the UK.

BBC Scotland reporters, presenters and actors are creating their own choir.

They will be performing a version of Lean on Me - with help from the Gospel Truth Choir.
