Marathon man gets bus cheat's medal

A marathon runner from Peebles has finally received the medal he deserves. Steve Cairns was convinced he had finished third in the Kielder Marathon in Northumberland last week. But another runner, who was already at the finishing line, claimed he had overtaken Steve. That runner later admitted he had travelled part of the route on a bus.
