Scotland budget: John Swinney on 'relentless' pursuit of efficiency
Finance Secretary John Swinney has outlined his first budget since the Scottish National Party's landslide election win.
He said public sector pay would be frozen for the next year, but public investment would continue to grow.
Mr Swinney said the scale and profile of Westminster cuts had meant "tough choices" had to be made.
He added that the pursuit of efficiency would be "relentless".
