Borders railway link gets mixed response


Plans to reopen about 30 miles of railway between Millerhill near Edinburgh and Tweedbank in 2014 have received a mixed public response.

The Borders railway was one of the last routes to be closed in the Beeching Report in the 1960s.

Radio Scotland's Gary Robertson hosted a debate in Tweedbank near Galashiels.
