Scotland's skiing season takes off early

While the recent weather may have disrupted travel plans and caused chaos in much of Scotland, the snow has brought benefits to devotees of skiing.

Scotland's five ski centres have had the earliest start to a season for years, with Alpine conditions bringing economic benefits that are being felt way beyond the slopes.
