PMQs: Cameron asked possible VAT rise by Greenwood

The prime minster raised his voice after he was asked about a possible VAT rise.

Labour's Lilian Greenwood asked whether it was "more immoral" to raise the tax, or to hide the intention to do so.

David Cameron replied by talking about the "moral or rather the immoral inheritance" the coalition received from Labour.
