PMQs: Robertson and Cameron on Scottish independence

The SNP's Angus Robertson asked the prime minister if he was "running away" from a previous pledge to take part in a TV debate on Scottish independence.

But the prime minister claimed it was the TV station that had run off, despite him offering a date and format, as the pair clashed about the 18 September referendum.
