PMQs: Cameron on Sotloff killing and Islamic State

The prime minister condemned the murder of US hostage Steven Sotloff and insisted that the UK would "never give into terrorism".

In the first post-recess PMQs, David Cameron told MPs that the UK would "not be cowed by these barbaric killers".
