PMQs: Cameron and Raab on strike ballot legislation

9 July 2014 Last updated at 13:06 BST

The prime minister said it was "time to legislate" over industrial action being called without support of the majority of members.

He was answering a question at PMQs from Tory Dominic Raab who called for an end to "licensed sabotage" ahead of Thursday's planned actions by several unions.
