Poverty debate: Jack Monroe and Mark Hoban

The challenge of defining poverty is debated by blogger Jack Monroe and Mark Hoban, who has been minister at the Treasury and the Department of Work and Pensions.

They looks at phrases - such as absolute, fuel, asset and relative poverty - and how relevant that was to homeless people or those who receive food parcels.
